Join our age specific, beginner only classes by taking advantage of our inexpensive or free VIP trial programs to discover exactly what we can do for you. We offer a comprehensive curriculum, including Tae Kwon Do, Hap Ki Do, American KickBoxing and now Gracie Combatives®. We offer cutting edge, age specific classes for you and your children, including separate classes for students ages 4-6, 6-8, 9-11, teenagers and adults. Our main school and headquarters has been located in Teaneck, New Jersey, since 1987.
