Work, family, and profession never seemed to allow for me to exercise and maintain my health. But after I went for my annual physical and was told that I was aging faster than I realized, I decided to make the time. Since March of this year, I have been training along with my son at Northern Valley Martial Arts, and I can truly say that the martial arts has changed our lives for the better in many ways.

Being a police officer, I'm no stranger to stress.
